Realisea is the project of Brian de Graeve. Gitarist, singer and songwriter of the Dutch neoprog band Silhouette, together with his wife Marjolein, who takes care of the vocals and plays the flute. Brian and Marjolein started Realisea in 2011. Over the years, the best songs were saved and eventually recorded. A band was put together for this purpose and on top of that a number of well-known symphonic musicians contributed to this CD.
Realisea herself calls her music progressive pop. The melody and the emotion are central.
Well-known guest musicians on this album are mainly from the neoprog corner: Erik Laan (keys) and his son Bart, Michel st Pere of Mystery and singer Jean Pigeau. Guitarists Simon Rogers and Aldo Adema can also be heard.
